  The absolute worst. They've told me I need information I don't while neglecting to tell me what information I actually do need! Granted: my taxes are a little complicated, and I don't know what I'm doing, but then again that's why I sought professional help. After taking two days off of work to make my scheduled appointments (I still had to wait to speak to a tax-preparer upon arrival) my taxes still need to be filed, and I've learned only that H&R Block wants me to pay them upfront to file a previous years return along with this years. I don't know much about taxes, and sought professional help. This establishment also knows very little about taxes, and about fifty percent of the staff are consistently rude to me. If you don't mind dealing with attitude problems, and your taxes are simple, then maybe this will work for you, otherwise seek the assistance of real tax expert, and an adult that doesn't treat you like a child. It's true they have "the lowest rates in town", but it's not hard to see why.
